Thank you for shopping with Emire. We ensure all products are delivered in proper condition. Please read our replacement policy below.

Replacement Eligibility

You can request a replacement if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Broken

  • Incorrect item received

You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

How to Request Replacement

  • Send a clear video of the issue on our WhatsApp support within 24–48 hours.

  • Our team will verify the issue and confirm replacement eligibility.

Replacement Process

You can choose one option:

Option 1: Self Return
Ship the product with original box and accessories to our provided address. After inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 24 hours.

Option 2: Courier Pickup
We can arrange pickup from your location. Replacement will be shipped within 24–48 hours after pickup.

Important Notes

  • No replacement for change of mind.

  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories.
